Rev. Kelly Ann Nelson & Rev. Charlotte Cramer

Rev. Kelly Ann (KA) is a fourth-generation San Franciscan serving the greater bay area as a hospital chaplain, educator, and artist. She holds a Master of Divinity from Starr King School for the Ministry, is an ordained interfaith minister through the Chaplaincy Institute and she completed her Clinical Pastoral Education at the Shaw Chaplaincy Institute.
Her care is shaped by a background in Jungian psychology, a commitment to cultural humility, and her belief in the healing potential of authentic dialogue. Before entering chaplaincy, KA spent many years immersed in the Bay Area music and arts community, and she continues to perform, most recently in the “Sacred Sounds” series at San Francisco Theological Seminary.
She brings a compassionate, grounded, and imaginative presence to her work—whether at the bedside, in the classroom, or on the stage.
Rev. Charlotte is an Interspiritual Minister and Street Chaplain based in Portland, OR. She holds a Master of Divinity with a concentration in Chaplaincy from Starr King School for the Ministry and is ordained by The Chaplaincy Institute, where she also earned a Certificate in Chaplaincy. Charlotte is the founder of the nonprofit Temple of the Forgotten, an organization dedicated to helping communities recognize, understand and uphold the spiritual rights of people experiencing homelessness and marginalization in the U.S.
Charlotte considers herself a social-spiritual innovator, passionate about using the core tools, skills, and experiences of spirituality to enrich individual lives, build healthy community, and transform the social & cultural systems of our society.
A longtime contemplative mystic, Charlotte has been on the spiritual path her entire life, deepening her practice intentionally since age 18. After dropping out of college, she lived in several spiritual communities and studied the mystical traditions of multiple religions—ultimately arriving at a deeply rooted multi-faith worldview that informs her ministry today.
